Great interest has been aroused by Ensemble Archi di Milano, thirteen skillful musicians from the Orchestra of the most renowned Italian theatre, La Scala, as critics have written, from their new and surprising musical interpretations "of rare beauty."

Joined in the purpose of seeking compositions of extremely high artistic value – even though they may be scarcely known or rarely performed, some among the composers of operas, this chamber ensemble offers listeners exquisitely interesting programs of the most exemplary artistic quality.

In addition to a repertoire for strings, the Archi della Scala offers concert performances of musical compositions which give listeners the opportunity to hear the instruments of great soloists as well as the voices of the most famous interpreters.

Beyond its normal national and European concert activity, the Ensemble has recently been on a prestigious tour to China, where they performed eight concerts in Peking, Shanghai, Xian, Hangchow and Canton.

The "Ensemble Archi di Milano" has now been invited to perform future concerts in the United States, South America, Australia, Japan, Korea and South Africa.
